It is the buyer’s duty that they order the correct size. Size guidance can be found on the website. [Sizes are in accordance to UK marking UNLESS specified otherwise].

Whilst every effort is made to ensure the sizes are as accurate as can be, they are only an approximation. It is possible that there may be slight variations from item to item despite being of like size.

Due to production differentiation, variations of up to an inch may well be possible. [If the item is to be worn with heeled shoes, a size bigger may be desirable].

If there is any ambiguity or uncertainty, you may contact us to seek further clarity prior to placing an order.

We will make every effort to list all details relating to the item [material, embroidery etc.]. We will make every effort to depict all items in the truest likeness, however, Abayaat will not be responsible for colour variation, as the colour you will see will depend on your monitor settings.

All goods are subject to stock availability. We reserve the right to refuse your order; this may be due to lack of stock or inability to receive payment. The retailer will not be held responsible due to negligence on the part of the customer should any incorrect details be provided.
