• We will exchange/refund non-sale item(s) as long as the product(s) are returned in the same unworn, unwashed condition with the tags intact, in the original packaging it was sent in along with the invoice [to serve as proof of purchase].

  • You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item(s) should you wish to exchange/refund and it must be made within 14 days.

  • Any scent of perfume, any marking of deodorant or make-up or any other stains that occurred whilst trying the item(s) will be refused exchange/refund. The item(s) will be returned to the customer.

  • Any free promotional item(s) sent with the order must also be returned in the event of an exchange/refund.

  • Any sale, clearance of discontinued item(s) will be non-refundable/non-exchangeable.

  •  We will aim to process exchanges/refunds within 48 hours of receiving the item(s) and may take up to 3-5 working days and during busy periods; this may vary between 3-10 days [Eid/Public Holidays].

  • All exchanges/refunds must be returned as ‘STANDARD 2nd Class Recorded Delivery’ [which is a signed service], or, a ‘TRACKED’ service and the cost of return will be borne by the customer. A refund will ONLY be issued for the cost of the item [EXCLUDING THE ORIGINAL (IF ANY) AND RETURN POSTAGE].

  • Refunds will be issued in the manner the payment was made initially.

  • Abayaat reserve the right to refuse an exchange/refund if the abovementioned conditions are not adhered to.
